Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

For the extra mile, use a weighted bar with your squats, and substitute 50 back extensions if you can’t do the pullups. -___-

BECAUSE LET’S GO I CAN’T EVEN DO ONE PULLUP YET
BARBARA is what I do when I’m not doing boxing training.

Fitness goals:
+ to do two full sessions of boxing/kickboxing (in a row) by the beginning of july
+ to complete one pullup by the end of July
